The Wellbeing facilitators offer a toolkit with self help techniques for the participants to add to their health and wellbeing toolkit.
Our vision is to support the community to learn more about holistic health approaches and to be more empowered to make sensible self care choices, to support our evolving journey to better health and wellbeing.
This community initiative was founded by Celeste Salter, Lyn Midgely, Jenny Chadwick and Loret Runagall in 2015.
In 2017, Jennifer Edwards joined the facilitator group and Lyn Midgely has stepped down. Our insights come from our clinical practices of reflexology, homoeopathy, behavioural kinesiology, meditation and counselling.
